mnc2nii gives incorrect output with -dual or -ASCII options #87

The output file extension is always .nii. As far as I can tell, the call to nifti_set_filenames does not pass the desired filetype, so the default is chosen. I'm not entirely sure what this means for the actual contents of the file.
