Course releases are not tracked intelligently at the college. One solution is to have chairs put releases for each faculty into CAS.

It would probably be easiest if it looked like a course (i.e., selected in the course dropdown).

We would want to be careful with the exporter, so they don't get placed into Banner as courses (they should fail if the prefix doesn't exist as a fallback).

Do we need a UI for seeing all course releases? Maybe it looks like a Division on the side menu?
