running ./rover_onboard_calibration.sh from within the misc sub directory causes errors

this script must be run from the repository root directory to run properly: "/misc/rover_onboard_calibration.sh"

note:
can check other scripts that may have a solution for checking the correct path

example in onboard node launch
observe usage of "projdir=$(dirname $0)/.."
