In theory, you can convert resource packs back and forth to other versions from 1.6 to 1.20. It's not finished yet, but I've successfully converted some packs from 1.20 to 1.12.
Important
Be sure to back up your resource packs before using the utility.
The only function you need is convert(inputVersion, outputVersion, input, output) imported from /index.js.
