The ontologies are made general to not include too many restrictions (to prevent issues when creating the datasets). However, we would like to test the datasets, the current approach is using shacl.

What is the status with this branch @horstf ? Are you still working on that or should we assign someone else to the issue?

Hi, sorry for the late reply, so the integration into the dodo file you mentioned in the pull request is done as i see it. I'm not exactly sure what the next steps to do are but i can definitely continue to work on this issue. What more is missing for the shacl validation integration?
