In that case, the orbit would be pulled from (e.g.) JPL.

This is live on the development site at dev.adam.b612.ai but currently had CORS issues when querying JPL from the site.

One possible solution is to adjust the query so that it is handled by the precovery api - i.e. create a new endpoint that takes the search string, queries JPL on the backend, and returns the results to the form.
