I believe that automatic responses when a user opens a new ticket would be interesting too, working with CRON in this case, but I believe that it needs more improvements in the current CRON system.
- Control of the time to run the CRON configured by ourselves
This way we can configure when it should close a ticket if there is no more feedback on the ticket from the user.
- Predefined/automatic responses sent by CRON as well
That is, a user has just opened a new ticket, CRON would give an automatic response created by us after X time.
Possibility to add pre-defined Answers in Admin Panel that can be used over a drop down to answer
