Maybe get Visual Studio team to adopt this to replace their not so clever leak reporter

As its so happens, I am actively revamping my fork from this repo. I have one of the outstanding PRs (which I improved already) and am currently seeing what other things I can fix.
I updated to the latest dbghelp.dll for example and setup github actions to build and test. Any issues you have: give me a repo case and I can create a test for it to see if it is fixed.
