Tracking Deployments Conducted from SWA CLI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When deploying directly from SWA CLI, the deployment is untracked from the Azure platform. The default behavior is heavily integrated with the repository but manual interactions with the tooling and content deployment endpoint are untracked.

An activity log entry or comparable log created to track changes to environments.
