Possible to add additional information in default alerts

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to add additional information in the default alerts from Azure.

For example, I have edited them to add teh below information into the annotations:

runbook_url: 'https://github.com/kubernetes-monitoring/kubernetes-mixin/tree/master/runbook.md#alert-name-kubecpuquotaovercommit'
summary: 'Cluster has overcommitted CPU resource requests.'

This helps users troubleshoot the issues as they can following the suggestions in the runbook url.
