Solution should use Redis Cache Cluster from within AKS not the Azure Service Redis Cache #142

The current solution for running redis in the cluster is using a CA to create the certificate used by Redis. This CA is not trusted by the OSDU code base and a solution would have to be found to enable trust on the certificate as it is seen as an invalid certificate. The current workaround is to use the Azure Redis Service.
