Provide feature to run multiple instances of iotedgehubdev

Please provide feature to run multiple instances of iotedgehubdev such that it acts as multiple edge gateways which will be helpful in performing simulated load test and as well as helpful to execute multiple edge gateway scenarios.

The simulator is in maintenance mode at this time.

Does the solution work on real device or EFLOW?

We would also need to be able to run multiple instances of the simulator. In our case it is that we have our "platform" components in one VS solution and repository and then use-cases implemented in separate VS solutions and repos. It would be a lot easier to run the full setup for testing if we could spin up both the platform and use-case modules from their own VS instances.
