Live reload for custom modules

This is a feature request, it comes from a frustration when using iotedgehubdev: Every time a small change is made, in order to check/test that change, a container rebuild is made and all the services restart, which take quiet a lot of time (~1 or 2minutes).
This should be a matter of seconds in order to have a good developer experience, what are your thoughts about it ?

@GO3LIN thanks for submitting this feature request. We don't have immediate plans for this work at this time but will evaluate and update the thread once we have more information to share.

+1 on the developer experience for this... it's hell to create edge modules now
