In any instances where a Traffic Manager's resource ID is presented in output it should be rendered as a complete Azure Resource Indentifier in the format:

/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.Network/trafficmanagerprofiles/{profileName}/

This will make it easier for operators for locate the Traffic Manager instance.
