Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring

I was just browsing existing policies and found that this specific policy has a hardcoded value of "westeurope" for its deployment?
Is this normal?

At a quick glance, other policies like this have a hardcoded value for the deployment location, shouldn't this be a parameter configurable by clients?
