Unable to deploy managed app (201) using deploy to azure button. #47

The "Deploy to Azure" button under https://github.com/Azure/azure-managedapp-samples/tree/master/samples/201-managed-app-using-existing-vnet is not working, it throws the following error message

There was an error loading the template from URI 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Azure/azure-managedapp-samples/master/samples/201-managed-app-using-existing-vnet/azuredeploy.json'. Ensure that the template is publicly accessible and does not have any comments.

It seems they still haven't fixed this issue. also can this is not upgraded to Az module.

The issue is still occurring. I have just got the same error
