Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating an AKS Automatic cluster through the portal or CLI, Azure Monitor integration is enabled automatically. However, when creating using Bicep/Terraform, that is not the case.

Describe the solution you'd like
Configuration of Azure Monitoring should be done on the backend for simplifying the integration steps.
