This document doesn't exists, this is an error from the generated models.
I'm currently investigating why the GPT3.5 seems to perform worse than what it used to do, error like these were almost non-existant. Maybe default parameters in Langchain have been updated.

The prompt was updated, and model was upgraded to gpt-4-turbo. I've yet to see this error again for now on the deployed version, so I'm closing this one for now.
