As a Developer and QA Engineer, I want to define and test the query execution workflow and Copilot integration so that we ensure efficient execution, accurate responses, and comprehensive validation of the entire solution.

  • Document the query execution workflow, including how queries will be formulated, sent to the consolidated denorm table, and integrated with Power BI.
  • Create a detailed test plan that includes unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to validate the entire solution.
  • Define test cases that cover query execution, Copilot interaction, and data retrieval from both the denorm table and Power BI.
  • Validate that queries are executed efficiently, Copilot responses are accurate, and all components of the solution work as expected.
  • Ensure that the query execution is optimized for performance and that Copilot’s responses are accurate and timely.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • The query execution workflow is documented, and Copilot is configured and integrated according to specifications.
  • The comprehensive test plan is developed, executed, and includes results for unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.
  • Any identified issues are addressed, and the solution meets all defined acceptance criteria for performance and accuracy.
