[S5] - Build Power BI Dashboard for Monitoring and Alerts

As a Data Analyst, I want to build a Power BI dashboard for monitoring and alerts so that I can have real-time visibility into the status of Fabric artifacts and be promptly notified of stale content.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Design and implement Power BI reports that visualize data from the denorm table and archiving score metrics.
• Set up real-time data refresh and create alerts in Power BI to notify administrators of stale content.
• Ensure integration with the scoring and tagging system to reflect current content status.
