[D2] - Extract Audit Logs for User Activity

As a Developer, I want to collect user activities data through audit logs in Microsoft Fabric so that we can monitor access patterns and identify stale content.

• Extract user activity data from audit logs.
• Analyze access patterns to identify stale or unused content.
• Integrate this data into the consolidated denorm table.
• Potential Tech Stack to use: Purview for audit logs, Warehouse/Lakehouse can be used for storing data retrieved into denormalized tables.
