Because of the way the infra is currently deployed using TF, the CD is having a particular issue. The action of Fabric-GIT integration commits the Fabric items (notebooks, pipelines) which results in merge conflicts when pushing changes from DEV.

This issue is to spike on some of the potential workarounds.
