Cannot create folder on root in eeflow, must be under var #8

The documentation to connect eeflow is wrong. As per eeflow team, please change to:

Transferred from Azure IoT Edge for Linux on Windows Release/Triage to Azure Industrial IoT/Azure Industrial IOT DRI Team.

cannot create a folder on root. instead create under /var

Maybe documentation guidance needs change: industrial-iot-patterns/1_Connectivity/04_Copy_OPCConfig.ps1 at main · Azure-Samples/industrial-iot-patterns (github.com)
