question on how Approach generate separate content

eg I want to generate outline and generate content based on each outline, how could Approach handle the task?
It seems Approach is single session?

Can you provide more details on what you're asking? When the user asks a question, you want to first generate an outline of the response, and then generate the answer based off the outline?
