AZD bicep malfunctionning for upload documents before index vector in Ai search

Minimal steps to reproduce

Normal launch of azd up the script for backend\setup_intvect.py in upload_documents

Any log messages given by the failure

Permission denied : 'data\contoso'

Expected/desired behavior

for resolve the issue i have to import manually all the files in the blob store and relaunch the vector indexer

Windows 11 / Visual studio code insider / with powershell
