It doesn't seem possible to switch back to the default app icon if you change it to something else

The checkmark appears over it, but it doesn't take effect and the system-level "You have changed the icon" alert never appears.

This issue will be resolved when the settings page from SpankyKong has been implemented. The SwiftUI app icon picker doesn't have this problem. Reason for redoing the settings page in SwiftUI was to include that picker and I didn't want to try embedding a SwiftUI view inside a UIKit tableview cell
