if ((NeedLevelFull(treatment) || NeedLevelFull(pawn.needs.joy)) && !curJob.doUntilGatheringEnded)

to

if ((NeedLevelFull(pawn.needs.joy)) && !curJob.doUntilGatheringEnded)

In order to stop prisoners with full treatment need and unfulfilled recreation need from bouncing off from one recreation object to another endlessly.
