Require movement to earn armory skill xp

The ability to afk armory xp is super annoying!!

Describe the solution you'd like
A movement requirement to earn armory xp, for example after 2 mins you need to move to a new chunk to earn more armory xp (time and distance could be configurable)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Any other config option you can think of to prevent afk farming the armory skill.

Stand in one place and let something hit you over and over. If you have high enough resistance/regen you just sit afk forever.
