自動運転AIチャレンジ2023 インテグレーション大会 予選大会にご参加の皆様、

AIチャレンジの運営をサポートするボランティア活動にご参加頂ける参加者の皆様を募集しております．
大会参加だけでは経験できない運営側の課題解決や技術的なサポートをお願いできればと思っています．
間近では11月の決勝大会に向けてのサポートを、中長期的には冬のシミュレーション大会や来年以降のAIチャレンジでの運営ボランティアを募る予定です．

決勝大会に向けてのボランティア活動のタスク

11月の「自動運転AIチャレンジ2023 インテグレーション大会 決勝大会」に向けて、サポートをお願いしたいタスクを以下に記していきます．（今後増えたり減ったりはする予定です！）

• 決勝用ドキュメントの見直し、改善活動
  • Issue: 決勝用ドキュメントの見直し、改善活動 #50
  • 分かりにくい箇所、もう少し詳細に書いた方が良い箇所、他懸念事項等の共有と、
  • 実際に文章を書いて頂き、修正PRを出して頂く
• 決勝用ドキュメントの英訳作業
  • Issue: 決勝用ドキュメントの英訳作業 - Translation of the Finals Documentation into English #51
  • 海外からの参加チームもいる可能性があるため、英訳の校正作業と、
  • 修正PRを出して頂く
• チーム紹介ページ のアップデート

ボランティア活動への参加方法

• 本レポジトリのGitHub Issuesをベースにタスク管理を行います．
• 上記のリストからタスクをお選び頂き、該当するGitHub Issues（未作成でしたら新規作成をお願いします）で「作業を担当したい」との意思表示をお願いします．
• タスクが進みましたら、ぜひプルリクエストの作成をお願いします！
  • 過去のプルリクエストの形式を参考に作成ください．

その他のご質問やお問い合わせ

• ぜひ参加者の皆様と共に本大会を盛り上げていければと思っています！

To all participants in the Autonomous Driving AI Challenge 2023 Integration Preliminary Tournament,

We are recruiting participants for volunteer activities to support the operation of the AI Challenge.
We hope to have participants who can assist with operational and technical support. As for now, we are seeking support for the November finals, and in the medium to long term, we plan to recruit more volunteers for the winter simulation tournament and future AI Challenges in the coming years.

Tasks for Volunteer Activities Toward the Finals

For the "Autonomous Driving AI Challenge 2023 Integration Finals" in November, we would like to request support for the following tasks (please note that the list may grow or change in the future):

• Review and improvement of the Finals Documentation in Japanese:
  • Issue: 決勝用ドキュメントの見直し、改善活動 #50
  • Sharing unclear areas that may need more detailed information, or other concerns, and
  • Actually writing revisions and submitting pull requests.
• Translation of the Finals Documentation from Japanese into English:
  • Issue: 決勝用ドキュメントの英訳作業 - Translation of the Finals Documentation into English #51
  • Since there may be teams participating from abroad, we need proofreading of the English translation and
  • Submission of revision pull requests.

How to Participate in Volunteer Activities

• Task management will be based on GitHub Issues in this repository.
• Please choose a task from the list above and express your intention to work on it in the corresponding GitHub Issues (please create a new one if it doesn't exist yet).
• When the task progresses, please create pull requests following the format of past pull requests.

Other Questions or Inquiries

• We are eager to make this event a success together with all participants!
• Whether you can contribute a little or participate casually, we welcome your involvement in volunteer activities.
• If you have any questions or inquiries, you can use the GitHub Issues in this repository or the participants' Slack channel.
