Settings significantly differ across all observed versions (Simple Calypso, Simple wp-admin, Atomic wp-admin). Some settings are presented in different sections or even pages, others are seemingly missing.

Audits have already been performed, and we should reassess and complete the previous work. Please check sub-issues for reference.
