3. When it expands, it removes all the text from the Classic block and converts the expanded text to Paragraph block.

I was able to replicate it with TextExpander and Alfred:

Noting that this is only happening now on Atomic. Simple sites are now displaying the the Classic Block with a pop-up, and when adding content through text expander apps, it works without getting the content replaced.
