1. Install Sensei LMS on an AT site.
2. Add a new lesson.
3. Add a Quiz block and add a question.
4. Attempt to paste text in the Question Title or Add Answer field.

The workaround is simple—you can type text instead of pasting. But this is inconvenient for users that have drafted their quiz content elsewhere and would like to paste the questions and answers instead of re-typing them.

Edit to add that I found an additional workaround: You can paste text from another source like Word into another block in the editor, and then copy and paste that into the Question and Answer fields and it works. But being able to paste directly from other sources would still be best.
