Let's consider removing this modal here and instead rely on a central source for getting the user to subscribe (My Home launch pad item for example, if custom styles are present), rather than a variety of modals and calls to action, like this one.

It's also not clear why I should upgrade at this point, as I've only just opened the styles panel in the editor—not actually applied any.
