Unable to create new project #2008

Describe the bug

Click "New project"
Select Repository from my Github account
Click "Submit" and wait for the transaction to succeed

n the voting app, getting the following error: The action failed to execute. You may not have the required permissions.

Expected behavior
App creates project based on my github repo
