Line 3 - replace name with your city's
Line 36 - update the logo in top left
Line 45-46- Replace references to city
Line 59 - Edit to replace web-links and name of city
Line 60 - Replace image with city community logo

Optional:
Line 42 - replace image file name to background image/ alternately, copy over bg.jpg with your own
