[BUG] - Cannot Pin To Taskbar On Windows 11 24H2/Windows 10 22H2

• I am on the latest version of Atlas, and didn't do an unsupported upgrade

Description

When after AtlasOS on a fresh Windows 11 24h2/Windows 10 22H2 items won't be pinned to the taskbar. (Used Windows 11 24h2 prior to this, same issue there)

Steps to reproduce

1. Pin to taskbar
   
2. Still says pin to taskbar
   

Expected behavior

Should pin to the taskbar

Actual behavior

Does not pin to the taskbar

Atlas Version

Atlas v0.4.1 for Windows 11 24H2 & Atlas v0.4.1 for Windows 10 22H2

Desktop information

• i5-12400F
• 32GB (16x2) HyperX Fury Beast
• 1TB NVME WD Black SN 850x
• AMD RX 6700 XT (12GB)

Additional content

Fixed by deleting "taskbar" which was a file created in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\ and creating a folder with the same name
