Sound Blaster ZXR DTS Connect/Dolby Audio Not Working Atlas OS

I can not get DTS Connect to work on Atlas OS, the software and driver is freshly and correctly installed. In regular windows it will work flawlessly. Is there a service or something that is missing that keeps DTS or Dolby Audio from working? Ive been able to get everything else to work properly in Atlas OS. This is just the last hurdle I'm having to deal with before I give Atlas an honest run for my use case scenario.
