I think its been abandoned. It was never viable anyway. For open source, its strictly Android Only, since you can't use LGPL or GPL on the app store even in free apps due to the static-linking-only restriction (And apps that do use GPL/LGPL are only doing it because either the original author(s) gave permission, or are "lets hope the lawyers dont notice" app.

Which is a shame, its the only C++ x-platform mobile framework out there. But the company seems like its either dead or its fired its developers, its unsafe for commercial use and with its license (lets be honest, with Mobile platforms GPL might as well be shareware) its unsafe for open source.

Looks like the company got eaten by the CRASH group and then retasked on a different product. Emailed CRASH group and suggested they release Boden as an MIT thing and let the community finish the product.
