How to compare coverage with base branch?

Comparing coverage with base branch.

Looks great, how do I activate this?

I'm currently using v2.0-rc.2 which works great but I do not have this kind of reports on my PR as on the README screenshot.

Following my investigation, it looks like I always get commit reports, not full PR reports. I don't know why.

FYI I'm running the test script myself in a previous step with

yarn jest --silent --ci --coverage --testLocationInResults --json --outputFile="report.json"

This is an action's bug with the skip-step: all option. The action skips steps not only for the head branch, but also for the base branch. In this case, after switching to the base branch, it will take the coverage report from the head branch. As a result, the head coverage will be compared to itself, so you won't see any comparisons.
