Missing include for stdio.h

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check out latest code from trunk.
2. cmake .
3. make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Trunk as of 06/20/2010.

Please provide any additional information below.
I added #include <stdio.h> to touchlib_platform.h and seemed to fix the problem.
