Docs: Add pages with examples of how to setup a bitcoin node to test with #1

The current documentation is lacking individual pages that can explain how to setup a bitcoin node and use the project on a real project.

The improvements should be done:

Add a main documentation page with explanations on how to use the package
Add a page with instructions on how to setup a bitcoin node with Docker
Add detailed documentation for each RPC method
Add a page dedicated to listening to new transactions that affect the wallet
