The rocket should land on a surface

Actual Behavior

The rocket spawned deep inside the moon and the only way out was turning spectator mode on

Steps to Reproduce

Happened on accident

Additional Information

The rocket should check whether the block where it lands is the most highest one to prevent following situations.
