This should be implemented differently, there should be one route to fix all these problems. Several routes are not the most optimal choice.

One route to rule them all!

I think this would be a great enhancement and therefore don't see why this issue has been closed. If you feel it should be closed, please start a discussion in this thread with your reasoning. Don't just close issues because you personally don't think they're relevant.
