I know that there is a "Change Theme" button on Ombi V4 but we could either hide it through CSS or adapt theme to Light and Dark markdowns.

I really loved your themes for Ombi V3 and kinda wish I could bring some colors back to Ombi V4.

V4 support is planned, but I am currently working on other open source projects that have a higher priority.
