Quick event creation

Notice on our notifications screen we have two tabs that enable the user to switch between different notification types (general notifs and event notifs for stuff they created)

We want to create a similar sort of tab system on the create screen, with the ability to create the more complex events (the current component) as well as simpler events that just have a description and prompt you to invite friends as soon as you hit create
