resume from monitor sleep causes jumping

my 4 monitors go to sleep. i wake them up, then the sidebar constantly jumps from is original position to about 500px to the right and back again, refreshing the display and lagging everything up.
restarting the program fixes it

The latest nvidia drivers caused this issue for me. I've rolled back to 546.65 and the flickering issues all went away.
