Sidebar crashes my PC since i changed secondary monitor

5. Steps to Reproduce
when i open it, set it to my secondary monitor (attached to a vga to hdmi adapter 59hz refreshrate) the sidebar starts disappearing and reappering every second, then all of my desktop icons start doing the same, and the whole pc kinda freezes until i manage to close the sidebar by repeatedly clicking on the x button. i have an amd 6700xt with latest drivers installed. This did not happen with my old monitor, wich is why i supposed is a refresh rate issue? my main monitor is 1440p with at 144hz, changing the refresh on the main monitor does not solve the issue.
