Sidebar does not start automatically after booting the system

Load on startup is activated.

5. Steps to Reproduce

Hello!
The sidebar (current version) does not start automatically the next time the computer boots, even though I have activated this function. Position: 3rd screen on the right. All screens are 1920 x 1080 pixels. Operating system is Win 10 Pro (current). I start the program with admin rights. Is that a bug?
