Systemd starts gvm-post.service too early during host initialization resulting in mediated types not getting created automatically. When this bug occurs the user needs to manually invoke gvm-cli /etc/gvm/user/generate-vgpu-types.toml as root to fix the issue.
This issue appears to occur at random during system boot with some starts working without issue while starts on the same system at another time are affected.
