Flow rates from the the Woods Example

Hi GLM community, did anyone compare the inflow and outflow input files from the Woods example, against the results (Tot Inflow Vol and Tot Outflow Vol) from the lake.csv file? I am not getting the same level of inflow and outflow rates from both systems. I wonder why? No edit on the glm3.nml file. Versions I used were v3.1 and v3.3. I assumed the input csv flows have unit of m3/s and lake file results with the unit of m3/day. Thank you very much.
